Adopt a Dog – Crystal in Available

Adopt our sweet 13 year-old Rottweiler, who is in amazing health given her age. Sadly, Crystal's former adopter had a heart attack earlier this winter on her front porch. Crystal was probably the reason the woman didn't freeze to death before someone found her – Crystal laid next to her person in the cold on the porch! Unfortunately, the woman was not able to return to her home after her rehabilitation, but had to move to an assisted living facility where she could not take Crystal. Crystal spent several months in a boarding facility before being taken into foster care. Ideally, Crystal would like to be an only-animal but she does get along with some dogs and with cats. Unfortunately, Crystal does not show well at adoption events so it is hard to let people know about her. For more information, utahadoptions@bestfriends.org.
