Ok so i have a dog he is a pit bull mixed with a bull mastif in other works hes a beast thinfg is he not my dog really hes my sister idky the hell she got him neutered but she did it at the rigth age but why he is a boy he need those anyways 3 QUIESTIONZ 1. Is he able to peduce enougth sperm to get a female dog pregnate even though his balls are cut off2. His penis is kind of to small for his size he is 9 and a half mouths he is very big but he has a small penis like will it grow and thing is he still trys to hump and when you look at his penis he has white stuff coming out after he humps im sure thats sherm he is very sexual active 3. What changes a dog with there ball cut off ???

Can you see the testicles. If they are there then your sister didn't get him fixed. If you can't see them then there is NO way of him getting a girl dog pregnant.
