You get serious with them both (which one is doing this, or is it both?) and TAKE them outside regularly.Don't wait for them to ask you, you dictate when they go.If this is the older male, he's territory marking because you bought another male in.It may be helped to castrate, but not necessarily.This is a training situation – I've lived with entire males, and entire bitches and none of them would ever think to mark indoors!!When you can't supervise what's going on, crate them – don't allow them access to your furniture!You say you keep finding this – you should be far more aware of what's going on with them.And if the fact is your first male is upset about having another male in the house, you may have to consider rehoming the puppy, assuming your first dog was housetrained in the first place?
