Ok, 3 months ago, next door neighbores moved in, with a stupid little retarded kid my age. (14). Now because he had mental problems that induced his violence, i was verry sympethetic and was not mean to him, in fact, no one was. But he kept pushing it. Now we had my dog lucie for 4 years, that dog stopped a burgaler from breaking in a year ago, and i was the only one home when it happened, so i was verry loyal to the dog and she was loyal to me…Now we had recently adopted a 3 month old puppy. she was a cocker and lucie is a rottweiler. we live on private no tresspasing property and our dogs are fenced in the back yard. One day i was coming out to feed her, and caught that little **** of a kid dragging my puppy over the fence. I went after him, by the time i caqught up to him in the front yard, he had killed my dog by stabbing her to death. Angrey i let my rotweiler attack him for it, lucy bit him hard, and pretty much mauled him. He went to the E.r and is gonna have to have facial surgery and have stiches all over. We had our dogs fenced in, so he not only tresspassed, but killed our dog on our own lawn, so i had every right to let my older dog attack him for it. The law is on my side, and the kids parents are thinking bout putting him in a asylum (i hope they do)..Should i press charges?
