We start school in a week. We will be in high school and my brother will be in college starting in two weeks and won't be able to take him as much.

Unless you want them to have health problems, or failing bladders, you need to fix that & take them out as much as they need to go. Holding their business is not good on them.

Can you wait to pee? I certainly can't! Why don't you just crate him for a few hours and let him out? Is your mom or dad there? If so then why can't they take him.
