She barks non-stop at the ceiling fan when it is on. Thing is, she's only scared of one fan in our family room. She has no fear of the one in any other room. Any slight movement of the family room ceiling fan and she goes crazy and hides. Not only that, sometimes she will suddenly look up and start barking or growling at it when it isn't even moving. Overall, she is just really fearful of it

My puppy was the same with riding cars. Every time we would ride in one, she would shake and whine and sometimes she bites me when I try to keep her in one place so she wouldn't be whiplashing around the backseat.
What I did was, I fed her treats every time the car started moving. At first she didn't want to eat them because she was too anxious so I just held it near her nose so that she could smell it and be distracted by the movement. Later on she started relaxing and eventually, she would eat the treat which was a sign for me that she wasn't that scared anymore.
After a while, we didn't need the treats and she would just look out the window and soak in the sights and sometimes vomit. Motion sickness.
So I suggest that you leash your dog and keep her in one place in the living room, you sitting beside her or something. Make her smell treats or something yummy and then turn on the fan. Every time she starts getting distracted, pull the leash gently to get her attention back on the treat. Turn off the fan then give her the treat. Do this exercise everyday or a couple of times a day until you can slowly wean her off the treat.
