I like sex, I love feeling that close feeling. But here lately, hes been like a dog in heat and Im just never in the mood it seems like. And then I feel bad because I tell him no so I feel like Im not keeping up with my womanly duties. Is there something wrong with me sexually? Someone please give me some insite!

You don't feel emotionally connected to him. Yea, sex makes you feel close but if you aren't actually sharing intimate things about life and yourself and things that help you mentally then sex is just sex and it doesn't feel as good as you'd like it to.
