I have a 3 month old puppy nd she has a lump on her chest?

Its about the size of a large marble though it is really soft in texture and under her skin but not attached (as in it if movable within its region).
It doesnt seem to bother her when we touch it, and she still loves her tummy rubs though she is appearing sad alot of the time.
It seems that somedays its is smaller and others larger.
Any ideas what this could be? And were trying to get her to the vet but she is a large dog and we don't have a car. Though i will be trying throughout the week to arrange transport : (
thank you

With any new lump you should get it checked by a vet, much as this is probably a cyst.Unusual in a young puppy however.
Don't leave it – it's probably not a nasty, but the sooner you get that confirmed, the better.
