an old cat?I took in my sister's 18 year old cat when she moved out of stateThe cat used to use the litter box but she got a dog a few years ago and used to put down puppy pads and newspapers when she was at work or went out for the dog.The cat then started to use the newspapers instead of the litter box.Is it too late to get her to use a litter box again.I have put a litter box down next to the newspapers but if I don't put papers down she will just go on the floor.Any suggestions? would be helpful.
