OK so first of all please dont say im to young and inexperienced to get one!!!

So for a long time i have wanted a Shiba Inu but could never get one because my mom would say no because she doesnt have the money and I wouldnt take care of it (Which is completely false because I take complete care of her cat). So I would like your opinion on how i should convince her or if what I have now is enough;

I am 16. I have a job which isnt amazing but at the same time im not complaning because I make more money than my friends and can afford to buy nicer stuff and do more. I am a straight B honor roll and im usually 1.5-.5 away from the A honor roll all year long!

I have helped train my dads dog and both of my grandparents dogs and they seem to like me. I am a softly but I AM the DOMINATE ONE and i make sure they know it. I have read a lot about the Shiba and I can completely handle one! I love going on long walks/runs, I like to play, I do have free time, and I have a big forest down the street with paths and flat grass lands in it. I understand that they arnt the best with other dogs but i honestly think its what they re exposed to as a puppy and i will definatly have puppy play dates with my grandparents, dads, and friends dogs. This way he will get used to other animals. I would get one in the mid-late spring or very early summer of next year! (That way school would mostly be out of the way so i can focus more on puppy and train a lot more!)

I plan on having full custody on the dog (I pay for everything!!!!) I want to pay for everything not just to have a point on my side but more so to prove to myself that I can do it! My dad has a membership to Sams club and My Uncle has one to Costco and they both told me I could buy toys and treats from there! ( Not the food because what I have researched the dog food they sell there is by far not the best) (im going to go with Blue Buffalo since its a good brand and its not horrible expensive) I really dont want anyone to help me buy anything unless i absolutely need the help!

I plan on getting him every toy his little heart desires and more! lol! I plan on getting him licensed and neutered. (Is getting him neutered a good or bad idea? I heard it doesn't really matter for Shibas since they need to be on a leash at all times unless in a fenced in yard and my dads fence is 8ft tall.) And Most Important I PROMISE I WILL GIVE HIM A LOVING AND CARING HOME THAT HE DESERVES!!!

My mom said no OVER a year ago when i had no job and no money! please dont post mean comments saying their house their rules because i know but thats not what I was asking for.

So based on what I just wrote is that a good enough reason to convince my mom or not? The last time we had a getting a dog conversation was almost a year ago when i didnt have a job. Would you let me get one? and what is your opinion on me being a dog owner? Is there anything else that i need in order to be prepared for me asking her and telling her all of this? PLEASE HELP!!!
