Ummmm. Watch your dog and every time it starts to chew/tear up something spray it with a little bit of water. You can also get it some chew toys and or a rawhide bone thingy.

There's a spray you could spray on the spots where she tears up stuff. You can buy it a pet-smarts or a place like that, a pet store.

Your dog is so excited around humans and small animals because he has not been properly socialized. With a dog, if you socialize them well, it will prevent many behavioral problems you may not even relate to socialization. Your dog is suffering from Small Dog Syndrome. This is why she is showing so many behavioral problems. I would also like to recommend crating her when you are not home. It sounds like she is showing signs of separation anxiety.
