Well since your brother seemed so sad by the dogs loss I think it would be best to come clean and tell him

Well it's illegal to have that drug. So if your caught with it you would have a police report and whatever else they do to juveniles(assuming you are a juvenile) with drugs. Since you supposedly found some else had it in your family well it's still illegal. Plus your giving a animal drugs so im not sure if that is a crime.
