Basically my dog lately has been obsessed with drinking as much water as possible, she is literally desperate for it. Also in such a short space of time her stomach has just inflated, she is normally an athletic shaped dog but now her stomach is really big (her Breed is an American Staffordshire full bred and her name is Sukie) could i have help?

She Might have worms. Check her poop if nothings in her poo she could still have hook worms so you could go to a pet store and get worm medicine.

You should take your dog to the vet ASAP. For now, when she goes to bed, instead of waking up every hour to take her out leave some newspaper or something by her bed along with a couple bowls of water to keep her supplied. You might want to wake up every few hours or so to change the paper and refill the bowls.
