My female gave birth 2 days ago to 2 pups. She is producing a great amount of milk. The pups only nurse on her lower nipples. She produces a ton of milk ob the top ones but the pups can't nurse on them because they are flat. Is there something i can do to make them perky? So they can suckle on them? Thank you oh and the vet didn't say anything about the top rows during her check up after the pups were born.

Um i'm not sure about that. As long as she's producing enough milk and the pups are getting enough nourishment, then I don't think you really have a problem and you don't need to do anything about this. Unless there's a problem and the nipples look infected or the pups aren't getting enough nourishment, then call the vet.
