Hello i have a beautiful little shih tzu dog he is about eight years old and he has recently (last few days) developed two pink dots/spots/pigments above his lip but below his nose, i am very worried as to what this is, and i was hoping that someone may be able to tell me what the cause is, if its food or something or if its anything else or if anyone has had an experience with something like this and what it was.
