Securing your property against other peoples dogs entering.?
Asked: Securing your property against other peoples dogs entering.?
An 84 year old friends Great Dane got into a neighbour's garden and savaged a terrier that was tied up outside. That is another story, BUTcan anyone tell me what the position is regarding who's responsibility it is to keep other animals out of your property?I would have thought (and was lead to believe) that it is the owner of the property to make sure that their property was secure against anything getting in.This is a case that is going to court. They are trying to get the Dane destroyed under the Dangerous Dogs Act.It is a sweet dog but it is after all A DOG.
