Valtron Asked: What legal course of action should we take against a neighbor?

To make a long story short, we have a neighbor that lives several houses down from us who has harassed me several times over my dog. He saw me ONCE not picking up after her while I walked around the neighborhood and has since continually walked up to me and lecture me quite aggressively on how I never pick after my dog. Mind you, I've been pretty consistent about picking up after her. He has driven up to me and pestered me. But tonight was the final straw. He followed me for twenty minutes on his bike, trying to find out where I live. That's right- this creep followed closely behind me, waiting for me to go home. I was minding my own damn business. Of course, I ran straight to the police and we got an officer involved. This man continually asked for my name and address. He also claimed that he has pictures of me with my dog. He is bound and determined to get me arrested …….over poop. (yeah, like an officer is going to even waste his breath over something so miniscule.)

I am an underage female, and I feel very uncomfortable knowing that this yahoo is out there. I should have the right to walk around my neighborhood without being hassled. I have asked him repeatedly to leave me alone, and he has not. Even though we finally got police involvement, I still feel uncomfortable. Should my parents file a restraining order, should we let this go, or what?

I'm usually home ALL day since its summer vacation but just for ONE day I will be off at an amusement park and no one is able to take care of my dog. (I will be out of state as well so finding a kennel will be difficult.)
Usually leaving my doggy home for at least 8 hours once, he was okay. He just usually doesn't eat his food because he gets really nervous and scared. Will just this one time be okay? And how many cups of water do you think I should place? The place I'm going to is at least 70 degrees. So not heatwave kinda warm.

I know there's probably a few people that might say I'm a bad dog owner or something like that but this is just going to happen ONCE. Other than that he'll be by my side 24/7.

Hi there,
I'm 11, but I'll be 12 very soon. I REALLY love , love , love all animals (with the exception of snakes!), and I read a book where a girl set up her own 'Pet Sitting' business where she took care of people pets.
I really would absolutely love to do that. My only problem is I don't really know if it would work for me, I'm on vacation at the moment, and in like 2 weeks I'm going away for a week and then I'll be back, and also back to school.
Do you think that I would be able to look after pets in the sense that I would feed/groom (etc) them in the morning and afternoon/evening, when I got back from school. Also I could walk them if it was a dog. Kitchen Remodeling Denver . recycled glass . Do you think it would work? I have a dog and a cat of my own..
I have lots of experience with animals and I'm used to taking care of them, and whenever I go to the Vet with my dog or cat our Vet always says that I have a way with animals so I don't know if that means anything! Haha…
If I did set this up ( I live in the UK, England) , around how much do you think I should charge, bearing in mind that I am not really in this for the money , more the fun of it, but I don't want to seem to 'cheapy' … recycled glass jars .
