Everything I've read has said a dog infected with parvo will be lethargic. Or 2y.o bull terrier mix isn't. (Don't worry, he has a vet appointment in the morning.) But he has diarrhea, and he's vomiting, and trembling. He'll eat a little, and drink a little, but he's definitely not himself. What other ailments could cause parvo like symptoms?
