Well on the site i just looked at, apparently it's the Afghan hound. But no doubt that changes with every "top ten" site there is.

I`ve heard its the Afghan hound but they are probably quite clever at what they were bred to do (coursing).
All breeds of dog were bred for a specific purpose be it lap dog or working dog. So intelligence is based on how good they are at doing the job they were bred to do.
I personally think most boxers are quite "dumb" but `im sure boxer owners will disagree.!!
