ok, so i always have to let my dog out on my back deck ( we don't have any grass ) because i don't trust him to go on the front without running because he's just a pup. Anyways he always pees on my deck where people walk and i don't wan't him doing that anymore, i came up with the idea of getting a special mat for him to do his business and it worked out pretty good, until i caught him laying down and rolling on it a few times and this made him smell bad even after he just had a bath.
what should i do??

I would get a fence/pen outside in the front and put some matting down of some kind. Sooner or later you'll have to potty train him though.

you need to claim the area as your own maybe get him a kennel and put it in the place where you want him to be keep it open so he can freely go in and out and leave a wee mat next to it you can buy sprays to spray on the mat so he knows to pee their

If you dont than do so! It may do the trick!

Dont let.him back there. If you do and you see him pee… Spray him with a bottle!

I would only let the dog out on a leash for a while. That way, you know when & where he is going, and you can correct him immediately or praise him for going where you want him to go. Bring treats!
