When do dogs really mature?

I Luv Mindless Behavior Asked: When do dogs really mature?

Like, they grow into what they will stay like. Whether, looks or size or color. My dog is a chihuahua/ bichon mix. I know, she's a mutt, you won;t know what they look like. But, when will she mature. She's 1 year old and almost 2 in sept. She's a tawny, gold color, but have hair. Will she stay like this, or will she mature more. I know ot in growth, but yeah.

Looks and growing wise they mature around 18 months. Behaviour wise they mature at around 1 year.
