My dog is not so good at walks. For sone reason she starts running then slows down thens just twirls around my legs. Why is she like this?

She might be curious or anxious. A good way to train her is to be patient and often take her on walks without letting her run too fast. Hold her tight and strong so that the won't flee.

It's normal for dogs…. Restrict her leash, when your walking with her don't give her too much leash just enough to where she is directly under your arm and no more. If she starts to veer off in a different direction carry treats with you and when she is veering stop get her attention and give her the treat.
