i have a jack russel crossand he is 3 years old (2 weeks ago)he lives outdoors he seemes to be really tierd all the time and doesn't run as much as he used to he is not overweight should i get him checked out or is it okay

A very young dog like this, especially one who lives outside where his owners haven`t a clue what he`s gotten into, needs the vet if he`s acting different from normal.How can we know if he`s ok, he`s your dog!Take him to the vet to be checked out.
