-Not eat any chocolate, pizza, hot dogs, any junk food and only drink water
-Go for a jog/run with my friend 3 times a week around the park.. (the park is really really big)
At the moment, I weigh about 160lbs, I'm 14 and 5ft5. I eat alot of junk food at the moment and drink alot of soda (I stopped eating junk food and drinking soda yesterday though)
What would be better for breakfast- 1 slice of toast with butter on it or 2 weetabix and semi skinned milk?
yes you will, don't go overboard though, you're young and your body is still developing.
i'd rather see you eat weetabix instead of toast.
Definitely, cutting out the junk food, drinking more water, and exercising will help you lose so much weight, the key is dedication. Stick to what you're doing and you will lose weight.

Of course when you cut junk food, you will definitely loose weight.
Diet is very important, and so is exercise.
For breakfast, a better thing would be a smoothie! Look up smoothie books.
Also, my mother started zumba, and not only is it really fun for her, but she's also lost a lot of weight!
